No, but this is possible with the dropdown list: advanced settings --> Category separator

Category separator: /
Questions:
Answer1
Answer2/subanswer1
Answer2/subanswer2
Answer2/subanswer3
Answer3/subanswer1
Answer3/subanswer2

It's not possible by design : a radio is "one radio checked" only.

Then need a javascript , but the best way seems to use dropdown list: / Category separator like coeneisma already write.
