So choose with 5 different players with 1,2,3,4,5 points per player.

later will be football 2 - (united vs everton) here gives you also points to the players.

So I would like to make a comprehensive summerary overview / position by
how many points each player got and then refresh regularly when voting.

Your requirements aren't very clear but if all questions are in the same survey you can use Expression Manager to create "scores".

If mean one "user" give 5 points to playerXXX ( exsample Messi) , another user give Messi 2points.
Then Messi have 5 points + 2 points - then I will have a field "Sum" = 7 points for Messi.
