HI Team,

I am trying to connect R with LS following the instructions here but I am stuck at below step.
Code:
# first get a session access key
get_session_key()

I don't know where and how I will get session key. Please help.

Things I am trying in R console.:)

Hi,
You installed limer, but you also have to load it:
library(limer)
.
options( etc )
.
.
get_session_key( )

In my experience limer works flawless

Thanks fransmarcelissen, I got session key and successfully connected to LS.. Now I have to spend some time learning R :)

Success! If you are especially interested in report generation, the R package ReportRs will be very useful to you. With this package you can generate word or powerpoint reports in r.see davidgohel.github.io/ReporteRs/index.html I have generated hundreds of reports from limesurvey in this way.

R is incredibly flexible and has really nice plugins. If I would just get my head around how it works.... ;-)
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Same here...You can download some video tutorial courses. :) Sometimes watching is much more fun that reading...
