Can I create questions using the RemoteControl 2 API

Can I create questions using the RemoteControl 2 API was created by LimeAprentice
Hi I just started using LimeSurvey and I wanted to know if it's possible to create a question using the API from a Java Application?

I know that in this official api functions links api.limesurvey.org/classes/remotecontrol...#method_import_group

there are:
add_survey(),
add_group(),
delete_question()

is there a function to create a question??

that method says you can import a question, I'm not too sure but does that mean that I need a question in the first place created by LimeSurvey? or can I pass it a .csv file created by me by hand, if that's possible do you know where can I find examples of LimeSurvey questions in .csv files.

...do you know where can I find examples of LimeSurvey questions in .csv files.

Probably easiest to export an existing question and use that as a template.

I think we lost the export/import in CSV file between 1.87 and 2.00 ...

remote control have it, really unsure it work ....
