I am designing a survey that will be send to experts to help with the validation of my data collection tool. I need them to rate each based on clarity, relevance and ambiguity. I also need them to provide a general comment on how the question could be improved. I selected the array question type but i need a "Please provide your suggestions here" text box below this array for them to provide a comment. I need something similar to list with comments where the array is on the top and the text comment is bellow.
Is this possible in limesurvey?
If yes, please guide me on how to achieve this.

It seems to me that you can simply add a long text type question after the array.
