OK, but then you have it in Google Analytics. Can you extract the data to a table and join it with Limesurvey results?

Yes i think... Because i can export a csv and merge it with survey results as they share the savedid

Confirmed...
Code:
_trackEvent(category, action, optional_label, optional_value)

Checked on a site with some actions tracked this way with survey ID as "optional_label".
No problem filtering a 2nd dimension like browser version + excel export...
If additional {SAVEDID} as "optional_value" were added in the tracking code, you can imagine what this export looks like. BTW the privacy issue is even bigger if filtering not devices infos but ISP (service provider).

As ever, privacy relies on the real use made by the survey/install admin and ethical -not only technical- considerations.
