Hello
I would like to propose a pop-window providing extra info to the respondents passing the mouse on a text such as "If you want extra info".
I guess this is possible. With a little bit of code... :)

Yes, with html and css and maybe some Javascript you can do this on your own, "with a little bit of code". There are actually examples about this in the forum.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Thank you all of you for your answers. The only problem I have is that I don't know where to change CSS, HTML, etc. I think I don't have access to this, and don't know how to activate it ! :(

At Limesurvey v3.x tooltips are kind of build-in. The new Limesurvey 3 themes are using Bootstrap which offers a tooltip feature. If you are looking for additional information about using Bootstrap tooltips at a Limesurvey survey: We have just written a lengthy blog post about this topic, how to customize the Bootstrap tooltips and which additional options there are available.
