could you please include the option to create subgroups?

Subgroups are groups in a groups. Which is quite helpfull with structuring a survey. Especially if it is one which has a lot of different main groups.

Thanks for the information. I voted for an already existing subgroup feature-wish. However, the request was created in 2013 and last edited in 2014.
Is someone working on this topic?
