Hi. I am running Version 2.50+ Build 160217. I have a client who saved his survey but now I guess lost his credentials. Is there a way to resend them to him or to reset them? He need to access the survey pretty badly as we use it for pricing tools.

If you have access to the installation as super-admin, you can reset his password in "Manage survey administrators".

This person is not an admin. The survey is set to be open so anyone can fill it out and is set to let people save and continue it later. This person clicked on "resume later" and then lost his credentials to "load unfinished survey." That's what I am trying to reset/resend.

I'm sorry, I don't know how to recover those credentials.
