Can we add another value NA for a scale Array of 10 please ? Just adding another option as NA after 10.

Its required for one of our survey questions, where user may not find the question relevant to the service provider.

Kindly assist.

Not with an array-10-point question. You will need to use a normal array type question with your own answers.
