I want to change the language file for english, but in the en.mo there are less sentences than in other languages. Where to find the whole "source" for the system-texts in englisch?
In german I changes the sentence: "Bitte machen Sie mindesten ein Kreuz". It's "Please check at least one item". I can't find where to change this for English.

don't touch .mo files but edit only .po files using poedit software (saving .po files will generate the related .mo file)
For default english .po file look

(there is an "export" link at the left bottom)
I downloaded the PO-File by following your link, changed what I had to change, converted the file to MO-File (
tools.konstruktors.com/
), uploaded the file via ftp and now everything is fine in all languages I use. Thank you.
