I have a rather large survey (few hundred questions) and would like users to be able to import in the responses via csv and file upload. I was hoping this would be a feature that I could enable but I'm not seeing it. Also after the users have responded to the survey, I would like to give them the ability to export the survey questions and responses via csv and file download. Are there options that can be set to allow this and also to print the survey?

The import system seems complicated.

I was reading about VV Import and Export. Is it possible to expose those to survey respondents with limited ability to modify parameters based on user permission?
