You don't see it, because it doesn't exist. The manual states clearly that this is a feature of the dropdown lists only.

I would like to see this feature for List-Radio as well. Not sure how much more difficult this is to implement.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

I agree having group separator in radio / multi will be nice add on. Currently you can do it with some CSS.
