I have done it already on a smart phone. But I don't think it is fun to "design" or develop a survey on a mobile phone or tablet. But for small changes or adjustment of configurations on the go it should work. I wouldn't want to create surveys on a mobile device though.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
