Can I use an attribute_1 as a variable in the topic line of an email sent to the admin?
I tried it the simple way, that gave me a wrong result.
Any experience? any way?

We want the name of the replying person (which is in attribute_1) as part of the topic line to better organize answer without opening the email

Off topic: Why don't you save the name of the replying person in the standard token attributes for the name? Wouldn't that make more sense than to use a custom attribute?
