Hi,

Here is another question : I have a text field called "Your teacher name?". Users can write what they want and sometimes, data collected are disordered. For example, the teacher name is "Alfred Bonder". Some users will write :
- Alfred Bonder (good)
- A. bonder
- Bonder Alfred
- Alfredd bonderr
...

Is there a way to add a king of "AJAX search" in a field? When the user start to type "Alf" or "Bon", the script looks up is the database and suggest just below the text filed "Alfred Bonder" is someone already wrote it that way. If no one wrote it, no suggestion appears. It will help me to have only one spelling in the database, it's easier to correct afterwards.

Thanks

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
