No. You need to create your header from the wordpress page in the headers and footers of the Limesurvey template. Limesurvey will not work within your wordpress page. Either you use an iframe within wordpress para show your survey within the wordpress page or you try to recreate the design of your wordpress page within the limesurvey template.
