I'm probably missing something really obvious here but I'm trying to change the background color on the Survey List Page.

I'm editing the surveylist.pstpl file in the editing template. Below is the code I'm trying to implement:

Also, whereabouts would I go about changing the font for the text on this page?

Don't change the css code in the template html files, but rather in the template.css.
