I hope someone can help me.

I am trying to write an invitation email templat. I have added one attribute to the users in the user database. I called the attribute "Ideentitel". every participant has a text value for this attribute, that I want to use in the invitation email template.

But I can't manage to get that attribute into my template no matter what I write
{ATTRIBUTE_1}
{Attribute_1}
{Ideentitel}

Where is the mistake?

Could anybodyhere please help me. I am fighting in this point for 3 days now and I find no solution.

Which Version and Build of Limesurvey are you using? Could be bug.
www.limesurvey.org/manual/Tokens#Email_placeholders

Give {TOKEN:ATTRIBUTE_1} a try.

danke für die schnelle Antwort.
Ich arbeite auf Limeservice, also gehe ich davon aus, dass es die aktuellste Version ist.

Ich lege mal mein Vorgehen dar, evtl hilft das:

1. Benutzer werden in zentraler Benutzerdatenbank angelegt
2. Benutzern wird ein Wert für das Attribut 1 Ideentitel zugewiesen (siehe Anhang "User Wanderer...")
3. Für Umfrage x werden die Zugangsschlüssel aktiviert (sonst kann ich ja keine Teilnehmerliste zuordnen, oder?)
4. Wechsel zum geschlossenen Modus, da ich einen geschlossenen Teilnehmerkreis über Zugangsschlüssel möchte, den ich per E-Mail benachrichtige
5. Benutzer wird der Umfrage zugeteilt.
6. Zugangsschlüssel generiert
7. E-Mail Einladung an den Nutzer (mich) verschickt. (Template siehe Anhang "Template Invitation")
8. Ergebnis E-Mail (siehe Anhang "E-Mail")

Da sind nur so Platzhalter die dann da angezeigt werden, aber für meinen user habe ich für das Attribut_1 (Ideentitel) den Wert "TestIdeeAlex" zugewiesen, den ich jetzt in der E-Mail erwartet hätte.

Ich bitte nochmal um Hilfe, dieser Link wäre sehr wichtig für den Erfolg meiner Umfrage.

Ach ja und ein zweites Problem, bei dem mir eventuell auch jemand helfen kann.

Bei dem Vorgehen wie oben beschrieben hätte ich erwartet, dass der Teilnehmer beim Aufrufen der Umfrage über den Link in seiner E-Mail den Token eingeben muss.
Das ist aber nict der Fall. Man kann direkt über den Link mit der Umfrage starten und muss nichts eingeben, obwohl die Umfrage eine geschlossene Umfrage mit Zugangsschlüsseln ist??

Wie kann das sein ?

Since you posted in the english section of the forum I will answer in English.

1. I cannot find any mistake. You will have to ask the Limeservice support and ask them, why it isn't working.
You did as I would. From my point of view there is a bug.

2. The Link already contains the token. This makes it a lot easier for your probands. They don't need to enter the token. After the survey is finshed the link will no longer allow access to the survey.

You have created the additional attribute at the Central Participant Database (CPDB) and NOT at the survey's token admin screen, that's the problem.
The CPDB is used as a central place to collect all participant data and later add participants to a token table from there. Most users don't need this but simply add all attributes and participants directly at the token screen which I recommend.
By doing so your survey will be switched to close access and the placeholders should work fine if you set the survey to be non-anonymous.
