Let's say you have a group of people, like a family or a project team.
Would it be possible to develop w survey that is sent to all people involved, asking them to fill in the group details (only has to be done once) and to fill in details on their own person?
Further elaboration: we have Omar, Klaus and Linda in a team.
We send the questionnaire to all three and each of the team can see if one of the others has already filled in the team page and each person is asked to fill in her/his own page. A setting could be that each person is either not allowed to see the personal page as filled in by others or is able to see it:
* right away
* only when completely filled in
* only when all persons have filled in their personal pages.

A possible approach could be to split the survey into 2: the group part and the individual part.
The group part is being setup with tokens, and the same token is delivered to the 3 of them.
That way they could share the group part of the macro-survey.
As per the individual answers, it would be a regular survey.
What do you think? Does it fit?

How do you ensure that the first part (group) is only filled out by one member of the group. The other members perhaps should not see the questions at all or review the answers. I don't see a way inside of Limesurvey to get this specs done.
Yes, but he wants that only one of e.g three members has to fill out the group survey for the group.
The other two probands should be told, that the group part is already filled out.
If you use tokens you can make sure that token get used only once. That token would be delivered to the 3 of them (would need development to automate that)

Which won't ensure that the first person which makes the token from survey part 1 invalid has filled out the group part. The person could skip that part and will be redirected to survey part 2.
Your approach is the only one I think of without doing external programming. Inside of Limesurvey I don't see a way match the specs from Tammo. When Tammo searches for 360° surveys in this forum he might some additional hints. Mazi has done something in that area too. What missing the the connection between different survey results. A way to use or check across response data during an interview.
We have done at least one thing like this before: that is sending a second survey to people that have finished survey #1. Programmatically we can match these second survey results with the first survey results by sing the same token or the same email address.
I guess the approach is that we identify first who is the "main" person in the group, she or he is then asked to fill in the group questions and to identify who will be invited for the individual questions. The main person may possibly also indicate whether the main person self of the named group member will fill in the individual survey. This would need some extra progreamming "bundling" all results together, but it would allow some flexibility.
We continue with small steps.
