Images for Answers in Array Question Type

I have read over the manual for each question type but I am wondering if it is possible to customize the answers when using the Array question type. My survey is aimed at young kids and I would like to add smiley faces to represent the Disagree :( , Agree :) type of options. When adding answers I can add plain text but is it possible for me to create a new question type with images for the answers?

You can click on the pencil and have the HTML editor.
But you can always use HTML in answer (and EM too)
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
