Quota | Updating completed answers was created by kaled_fr
Hello to all LimeSurvey-Team members,

I'm a beginner by workaround in LimeSurvey and try to improve my knowledge of development.
In my survey I use the Screen Out/Screening Concept in the first Question Group. (The total number of groups is 4)
So in the first question there is a gender question type with a Quotas: 500 for men and 500 for women.
In the third question I have a List(Radio) question type with 4 suggestions, One of them have a quota of null.
Your salary:
< 200 € ==> 0-Quota
200 - 300 €
300 - 500 €
> 500 €

(The third question will be repeated 2 times in the first question group with other suggestions and each one have one Null-Quota suggestion .. like 3. Ques)

The problem is, I get at the end of the survey (with 4 question groups) probably/sure less than 1000 asked people (completed answers with 500-m + 500-w). :(
Because some users will be landed on the null quota and will be considered as uncompleted answers. Which lead to 1000 answers with uncompleted submission.
Unfortunately I'll be forced several times to deactivate the survey to change the Quotas and reactivate it until I have the 1000 completed answers.

There's a solution for this problem? :woohoo:
I hope, that I explained well the problem, otherwise I'll sketch it on a map.

Thank you very much for your time and your collaboration :)

PS: Please excuse my poor English writing. There is a long time that I didn't practice the English language.

Sorry, I didn't get it. If you have more than one quota you have to watch them all in combination and with an eye on the completes.
But to change quotas you don't need to deactivate a survey. You can add and remove quotas when the survey is activated.

Perhaps someone else can understand your problem and can provide a clue.

Thank you for responding so quickly!
The problem is that the aborted surveys are counted in the Quotas.
At the end, the 1000 users are mixed between completed and uncompleted answers.

Is it possible to "ignore" the aborted questions in the statics or there is a way to receive only 1000 completed questions ?
