Hi there...!!! I have a question regarding the "Responses Balance". I used to work in another company where I managed this tool and created surveys for a large amount of people. But in the current company I'm working I want to use this tool for surveys, so I registered and created the survey, but I noticed that my profile said: "Your response balance: 25 (buy more)", I did a test, I uploaded a token table with 2 tokens and completed both surveys and it remains on 25, so, I decided to run the survey and I uploaded 196 tokens for all my co-workers and at the moment I have 34 completed surveys but the balance is 8.

Can someone explain me what is the balance?
what is going to happen when the balance runs out?
