unique number in survey

unique number in survey was created by jaws40
I want an unique number generated in one of the answers of the survey
its schould be the unique followup number in combination with a startno
example number one first record is 51
two - second record is 52 etc

start no 50.. every recordnumber 1 one more My idea was to use the recordnumber of each entry and add it with 50 =50+1 50 + 2etc
how can i implement the recordno in a EM formule?
