Hi,

how can I see or add "Others" to a multiple choice question? I cannot figure out where I have to enable it.

Version 2.05+ Build 140204

Thanks,
Thorsten

Here?

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Hmm, strange. Not sure if this could be some other custom preference somewhere. But your version is also rather old (over a year). Could be that this was a bug and has already been resolved in the newer versions.

Hi,

I updated to build 150413 and the option is still not there?
What can I do?

Thanks,
Thorsten

I found the problem. I switched from default to basic template and now the option appears. I think this is a bug.

Thanks,
Thorsten

Did you do any changes to the default template?

And: You are talking about the survey templates. I don't know why this would change the behaviour in the backend...

I did a quick test and the option shows for our custom template, it shows for default and also for basic.

So there must be something else than that. Probably it was a browser cache issue. Did you empty the cache or force reload without the cache?

Hmm...yeah, I agree with holch - I don't see how changing the "Default template" setting could affect the administration back end.

Hi,

I didn't apply any changes to the survey template. For me the behavior was also odd.
I also didn't delete the cache.

Thorsten
