I want to a comment to appear if they click a response within multiple choice

i.e.

Please choose all that apply.

I use:

Facebook (if they click this it shows a comment ‘Have you visited xyz Facebook page?’
Twitter (if selected ‘Follow us on Twitter @xyz’)

I have done it to appear as the next question if they select options above however can i have it appear within the same question (next to the answer)

Next question could be conditional and "Text display" type.

Apparently it cant be done which is a shame

Ok so here is the actual question attached and also a mock up in photoshop of what i would like to happen when they select the answer...

as it stands i have had to add the note 'Dont forget to follow MEDICA Group UK on LinkedIn' to appear in the question after which doesnt work for me...
