My goal is to add two hidden fields in question.
The user does not display the fields, but only the owner of the survey during the creation.
The hidden field is used to categorize the questions.
They are useful in analyzing responses.

I have seen that the table "question_attributes" is available for my trouble,
there is someone who has already done this? or someone can give me some help?

If these are only need during survey creation, you can use hidden equation type questions to store whatever you need.

Perhaps I don't fully understand the requirements, but if you simply need to store some question-specific data (attributes?), you can place it in equation question(s) and set "Always hide this question" to "Yes" - www.limesurvey.org/manual/Question_type_-_Equation .

You can insert as many of the equations as required.
