LimeSurvey info: Own server | Community Edition | Version 5.6.13+230327
==================

Hi everyone
After customizing some standard terms of the UI (as described here ), I noticed that the locale get overwritten during updates.
I guess, this is the normal update process. But is there a way to tell the system, not to touch edited .mo files during updates?

Thanks a lot

I believe you need to create a new translation - manual.limesurvey.org/Translating_LimeSu...ng_a_new_translation

Another solution is to create your own string in DB
github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/ma...geSourceTest.php#L64
