I'm new to LimeSurvey so pardon my ignorance. I'm trying to configure LDAP. My companies required authenticated binds to query Active Directory. In the plugin there is no place to put an authenticated user to bind to LDAP. Then I read I have to edit ldap.php in the config folder, but it seems like that is no longer used. Can someone tell me if authenticated binding is possible and if so how do I go about doing it? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I already use LDAP plugin for the last AD : no issue : manual.limesurvey.org/Authentication_plugins#LDAP

I can’t query ldap anonymously. I have to set a user and password with rights to query ldap and there are no fields for user credentials.

Then : use Search and bind


I use it but with openldap, i think it can work with AD too.
