HI all, how can I enable (or check if is working) the core StatFunctions plugin?

If I downloaded exmple github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/ma...untFunctionsTest.lsa from

Then the statCountIf( Q03_SQ001.sgqa , 'Y') part said "undefined function".
