So remove the silly validation from q34 and add a explaining hint to omang number; and everything is fine (meaning: the validation is fine)

Ok, i have removed the validation from q34, now you have to select individual and fill everything that will appear, The Omang Number will appear after selecting Motswana on Nationality question.
