When I hit the menu Group list the browser freez. Have to go one step back. Menu is not available.
I recommend to check via different browser and empty the cache of each browser first. If you still have issues,
I recommend to open a bugreport. You use a LimeSurvey version of today. We might see some more people have this issue

Solution : reset menus and menus entries.
Still an issue in my opinion.

I had debugging on to see the error, otherwise, my browser just froze with a partial blue line along the top of the LS page, and then the page goes gray, and nothing else happens....
1. When there are error : you don't see it
2. the update broke at certain step.
