Theme options bug at Survey level

Theme options bug at Survey level was created by edwin1028!
Hi everyone! Just wanted to know if someone experiencing same bug as mine. The bug occurs when I select theme options from the menu then hit refresh page or even after saving. 

This is how it looks like:


It's not showing the main content anymore no matter what menu item I click from the settings menu.
Here, I clicked overview from the menu

Try updating to the latest 5.x version and retesting.
