Where to find the div "modal-dialog" was created by delianTTA

Hi,
I want to customize the HTML-Code of the modal-dialog and add some ARIA attributes as you can see in the image.
If you're in a active survey, you can get the dialog by clicking on the button in the top right: "leave survey and delete answers".
I already looked through all the files you could think of under limesurvey/application/ but couldn't find the correct .php file which creates a <div class="modal-dialog">
I also looked through all the files of a theme in the Theme Editor but it makes sense that it's not theme related so there are no files for that either.

Hope that's understandable and someone can help me. Thanks!
