500 Error throws while accessing the PDF Export button

500 Error throws while accessing the PDF Export button was created by Deen
When I click PDF Export button, then it throws "This page isn’t working
survey.ucb.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"
Also, I couldn't able to access the LS site for 15 - 20 mins, the same error only occurs.
So kindly anyone guide me to solve the problem.
