I have some users that are expected to fill several surveys. The admin should be able to check the status of all the surveys for each user.


In the participant's database, when clicking to check the list of surveys assigned to a user, the panel with the list of surveys doesn't show up and the browser console shows the following error:


The panel opens as expected when the user hasn't been assigned to any survey.


I couldn't find anything in the PHP logs. I'm using the latest version, 3.7.0. I think it might be a bug, can anyone confirm it? If it's not a bug, any idea as what could be wrong?


I tried to report the bug but I can't log in with my account.

Hello,

the account data synchronization to the bug tracker was not working.
It should be fixed now.
Log out on limesurvey.org and log in again - that should create the account in the bug tracker, too.

I followed your steps but I still can't login to the bug tracker. I get the following error:
"Your account may be disabled or blocked or the username/password you entered is incorrect."

Try changing your password on limesurvey.org once.

It didn't work. I reset the password in limesurvey.org but still no luck with bugs.limesurvey

did you try logging out/in and passwrd change again?

Yes, I changed the password and didn’t work. Logged in/out several times. Also tried to reset the password using the forgot password link.
Did exactly the same again in chrome incognito mode just in case but no luck

The system seems to be working now, I have submitted the bug report.
