These are predefined.
5-point-choice means you select 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
Other predefined types are
Yes/No, Gender, array 5-point, ...
There is nothing to change or edit.
Read the manual about question types.
Use a list(radio)

thanks for you answer.
, but before with a 5.0. Version  I could chose add a label set for each radio bottun like unsatisfied for 1...….very satisfied for 5. Is that because i forgot to import the label set when I upgrade my installation from 5 to 6?

Please, show where you think to be able to add a label set to a question of type "5-point-scale".

As said before: 5-point-scale is predefined (a question type for really lazy ones)
If you want to have your own labels you have to use the general "list(radio)" with all variations, like "bootstrap button" layout,  or (what you show in your screenshot) the "image select"

No you couldn't. Just checked in my LS5 installation with a question "5 point choice (Type: 5)" and there is no option for answers. They are fixed.

So if you could do this in LS5, please so us the screenshots where you could do that.
