Hi,
we're facing the problem, that on long surveys, where group-by-group presentation is selected, respondents answers are sometimes lost, if the browser crashes or they accidentally reload the tab.
Unfortunately, the save-and-load functionality provided by LimeSurvey does not match our needs, as we can't rely on users "signing up".
We are thus seeking a way to auto-save the respondents answers in a specific interval or triggered by a change-event.
We figured out, that we could use a custom function to save the answers in the database. However, it would be way more efficient to just use LimeSurvey's built-in post function. Is there a way to call the save-function that is called, when users press the "next" or "submit" buttons?
