Hello,
I'm trying to add our organization logo to a Limesurvey template but I got a pop-up message stating that I need to install a Fileinfo PHP extension. Please see attached. How can I do that?
I was trying to follow the recommendation from this thread? forums.limesurvey.org/forum/design-issue...logo-to-the-template .
Thanks in advance!
Marlo

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi,
a. Make sure the "fileinfo.dll" is existing in your php installation "php/ext"
b. Make sure the entry "extension=fileinfo" in your "php.ini" is not commented ";extension=fileinfo"
If you are able to do this depends on your rights.
Are you the person responsible for your university IT, especially the installation of php?
Are you an admin of LimeSurvey with "superadministrator" rights?
Are you a regular admin of LimeSurvey?
