Hello, I am in the process of creating a survey and I am trying to de-clutter the questions. I would like to offer a definition as some of the questions involve medical terms that are not common place/common knowledge. I have multiple different questions in the group and need a specific definition for each one. I would like to have a hover over/click popup text in the "help " text with the definition to avoid excess word space. If this is possible how should I go about doing it for each question?"
