It is unclear whether you want to record a "score" or tailor some text but I suggest starting with the manual section for Expression Script.

Hm, a very meaningful headline.
So count the answers
manual.limesurvey.org/ExpressionScript_-...mplemented_functions
and in a next equation decide what is the highest count,
like {if(count1==max(count1,count2,...),1,if(count2==max(...),...))}
