My survey is open to the public, but sometimes, users make mistakes when they answer to questions. For the moment, the only way I've found is to ask them to fill up the form once again. Is there a way to offer them the possibility to edit their own answers even if they validated and submitted the survey ? (I'm thinking to a classic registration form I guess and classic authentication login/password form)
There is no way to do this. If it is just to correct some issues, you can correct them for them in the admin backend, but for them, they can't correct their previous responses. At least I am not aware of any option like this.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Aesteban, but what if the person has submitted? I don't think you can access those responses, right? And I think that is what they are after. But if it is possible: great. Learned something new. Because I never use the public registration function.

Yes, you can access and modify your responses even if you already submitted them. Just try!

PS: In my previous message, the configuration option is "Enable token-based response persistence?" instead of "Allow multiple responses or update responses with one token?".
What if your survey has to be filled out multiple times by every user? That is, is it possible to have users both create new responses and edit their previously submitted responses?
