Sou estudante do PhD e a minha Universidade tem uma Plataforma LimeSurvey onde podemos realizar os nossos inquéritos e distribui-los online. Contudo, as opções predefinidas que a plataforma dispõe não são suficientes para realizar o tipo de inquérito que pretendo.

Eu necessito um tipo de tabela com seis colunas, em que o seu conteúdo seja texto pre-definido por mim (total de 23 linhas) e que no fim de cada coluna ofereça um botão ( linha 24 será o Radio Button) - ver imagem exemplo em anexo.

Será que alguém poderá me dizer como inserir este tipo especifico de tabela na plataforma LimeSurvey?

I have made a new questionnaire of this type. My problems are now just 2.

1st the display in the mobile phone sucks, and 2nd the displacement between the tables and the answer row is too big.

Any insights into how can I fix both?

In the group information field, I have added the products description.

Then the questions are in the type of Matrix, where the question information field has the table inserted, while the field with the secundary questions is empty (that's why it stays a big space between the table and the row of answers).

I don't have any acess to the plataform or its files...
