Next/submit button issue in app

Hello everyone.

I have started using LimeSurvey and i have the following issue.
When i click submit on the first question (no matter how many there are) on the applicaiton,
nothing happens. Nothing is submitted. i have tried on 2 different devices and created many surveys but nothing seems to work. it works fine on limesurvey only, but through application , the submit button does nothing.

What does "through application" actual mean?

What version of LimeSurvey is used?
Who has installed the LimeSurvey you use?

LimeSurvey version is 3.0.3+180112
and i installed it myself.

through application means that i can submit the answers on the website through limesurvey, but when i try to do the same in the application, it does not submit anything. the button appears to have no function even though it works on the website without app.

update:

Load unfinished survey
Resume later on top of a survey also do not do anything. only Exit and clear survey works

I have, but i believe the response will take much more time.
Since this was a part of forum dedicated to it, i thought someone might have a solution to this or suggestions atleast. i hope i did nothing wrong

The provider of the android app is the user Mazi. There are some users of this app posting from time to time. Not sure if that is quicker and easier than contacting the developer directly. Your description looks like a bug/issue when using newer versions of LimeSurvey.

Check the release notes if you already have the newest version of the app.

i have the latest version of offlinesurveys, and the release notes do not mention something similar to my issues, but it might be connected to the new version of limesurvey, sadly i did not use limesurvey also before, so i cannot know for sure although it could be related

Of course you can ask here. Mazi or someone from his team will answer here eventually. But I guess it will be a lot quicker to contact offlinesurveys.com directly.

I am wondering if the newest version 3.x is even supported. I couldn't find anything on their website. Not sure if the version of Limesurvey even has an impact on the app.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Hi, yes
The submit button in LimeSurvey 3.0 had different ID that earlier versions... We updated our app, it should work fine now
