Err18 when refresh survey was created by Juanoche

Hello, I've been working with Offline survey app last month without any problem but now I get err18 when trying to refresh a survey. I also try to add new surveys but always get same error:

"Err18: DB setup timeout, please contact to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.".

Please, can anybody help me?

Hi,
Your survey is caching finely... If it is a problem with refreshing try remove the survey and add again
here is a screenshot of your survey running from a test device
