How does offlinesurveys generate surveys in the app?

There APIs only tell us the questions but does not provide anything about the question subtexts such as multiple options for a multiple choice question! then how does offlinesurvey app do this?.

My personal opinion is that they have used web scraping/parsing from the main Survey URL to gather data about questions? I really need to know this information and would appreciate it if someone with knowledge about it could confirm it!

exactly as you said, we download the .HTML file from survey url and parse it.
