I have update package.After I update to the latest version,I can not login.If I login by chance,relogin is required within seconds.It's really terrible.

I have the same problem and the only way for me to work is changing the computer so I am using another pc now, but of course this is not a solution

Which browser are you using?

1.A message shows I can update the version.But when I used comfort update, it showed my version is the latest one, no update available.
2.I used safari,chrome,firefox,almost the same problem with login.

I bought your basic package and I created my survey but it is impossible for me to log in the second time to see how people are responding to my survey. I can log in in limesurvey website but once I go to my link to enter to my survey I cannot log in anymore because it asks me all the time to log in again. I really need to see the answers so would you kindly tell me what I am doing wrong?

I am using google chrome

We are currently working on an issue that prevents users from logging in when using Google Chrome, or Chromium on Linux Devices. We don't know if Safari is affected, yet.
The short Term solution is to use another browser.

We are very sorry and will keep on working on the problem until it is solved!
