Hello!
I just installed version 2.53 ... On the admin login page is no input field for username and password !?
Any idea?

What is the URL for the admin login page?
How does it look like?

I'm having the same issue...Only the Language select box shows up on the admin login page.

Hi!
The URL is: mydomain.com/limesurvey/index.php/admin/authentication/sa/login (refers from .../limesurvey/admin)
I attached a screenshot, there is no input field defined in the html code ...?

If LS was installed before, try to clean your browser cache and test again.

By the way, why would you install an old version? Todays version is Version 2.54.4+161018

My version is Version 2.54.4+161018, I just installed it....
I've also tried it in IE Chrome and Firefox same issue.

The fields are not in the page's source, could this be attributed to the auth method? Do I need to set it after installation?

BTW when I click forget password a user name and email field load along with the Check data button.

What do you mean with "auth metod"?

Strange. As you are not the only one, there must be something to it.

To both of you: is this a fresh install or an update (manual or via comfort update)?

My first guess now would be, that you installed fresh, while I just upgraded. Maybe I still have the correct old files (and the upgrade did not touch them) while you guys have a new problematic file there.

I did a clean install (limesurvey2.54.4+161018, just downloaded from the website).
tried different browsers, clean cache -> Input fields are missing ...


can you give me a download link for LimeSurvey 2.54.3 build 161014 ;-)

I too had the same problem installing the current 2.54.4 version – LS for the first time.

deleted all and used the tool installation service from my provider in ControlPanel. Now it works.
