Also gucken wir einmal - hier mit dem Tool von Firefox.
So sieht es ohne alles in "fruity-twentythree" aus.


Jetzt schauen wir einmal:

Jetzt sieht man rechts die Eigenschaft "display".
 
Setzt man diese auf "none", ist schon einmal der "Radio Button" weg.
Und dies bei "before" und bei "after"; sonst würde nach Klick die Markierung in der Mitte erscheinen

Kommen wir zum Rahmen
Da finden wir dies:
Nicht gewählt:
 
Gewählt.
 

Hier einfach "border:0" und wie dort auch steht "! important" nicht vergessen.

Insgesamt reicht dann dies:

Super, danke, das hat funktioniert. Aber nur wenn ich es im custom.css unterbringe.
