Anyone has this error ?

It's happen when my "Quota" has reach the limit, but it show error instead of terminate the survey

Note : I set limit '0' for a question for "No" (radio button) answer

stack environtment missing ? or something ?

Looks like a bug. What version of LimeSurvey is used?
I cannot reproduce the issue (radio question quota) with Version 3.14.6.
You might create a little survey from scratch and test again.
Sometimes it is an error in the surveyfile or the database table.
If you still have the issue, you can attach this survey (export as LSS) here.

You blacked the path section at the first occurence. But the stack trace still shows your domain in the path. You might ask a moderator to remove the attachment and upload a modified one.

Latest not released version. So will be fixed in the next version, right?

BTW: The download screen still shows "Latest stable version: 3.14.5", while the repository is already providing 3.14.6. You might get rid of the version on the overview screen and motivate people to look into the repository.

CU isn't offering Version the current version 3.14.6. (a Version 3.14.5+180815 installation is showing that no new version is available since days.).
